A while back I asked for people that were interested in being prayer partners for my work and our life in Israel. If you said yes to that please send an email to ancientpathnewmoon@gmail.com and put ‘pray’ in the subject line.

I want to create a mailing list dedicated to that and I want to start to utilize your desire to pray for us more. We are going through one of the roughest times in our entire life that encompasses many areas of our life. If it costs me every Believing friend I’ve ever had. I won’t be silent. I don’t care if the person in the article is sincere, he probably is, but this NEEDS to be brought to every Torah-keeping-Believer-in-Yeshua’s attention.

This article also brought to my attention that I’ve been called to speak the truth and stand against things such as these Evangelists of another truth (i.e. Nehemia-ites, Noahides) for longer than I realized.

I know Jim Long and his wife Carol. I met Jim circa 2003 and was a regular guest in his home for Torah studies. At the time I met him I was being called towards a deeper understanding of the scriptures and Feasts. Jim had a connection to Israel that I was thirsty for, יהוה had not yet spoken to me that I would live in Israel so I was seeking more. Jim had worked alongside Vendyl Jones (copper scroll treasures), another Noahide, on archeological locations. So, I eagerly started attending his weekly studies. At the time I was also attending a Messianic Synagogue. While I had ‘fellowship’ I found the teaching lacking depth. As I found depth at Jim’s table I began inviting others in our synagogue to attend his Sunday studies.

Meriam and Oswaldo were two who were eager for more as well. They have relocated to the US from Colombia. Oswaldo had quit his pastoral position there and move to the US in search of ‘more’ in every area including and especially in his faith walk.

To shorten this very long story, Oswaldo converted to the Noahide faith at the diligent hands of Jim. It destroyed his options for eternity; his marriage, and family were destroyed as he was the only one in his family that chose that path. I was blamed for this conversion because I had introduced Meriam and Oswaldo to Jim. I believe that I was in part responsible because indeed I DID make that connection.

We are our spiritual-brothers keeper. If you don’t believe me take another good look at the writings of Paul. His battle was to keep the new convert in the pure path of Yeshua.

If you have ever wondered about why I don’t allow theological comments on my posts, now you know. I do not time to vet every belief and statement that would be posted so I simply shut that door. I have learned this lesson a very hard and painful way by the loss of a man I thought of as a true brother. I love every one of you. I love you enough that I don’t want you to fall into an errant belief on my watch, in my group. If you want to do that you can do it on your own timeline or in other groups.

The next thing, I want you to know and to shout from the rooftops is that the Noahide faith WILL convert you away from Yeshua and put you back in bondage to sin. So will the Nehemia-ites of the world.

Jim was a big-wig in the Noahide system shortly after our friendship:

Long was appointed as the Council’s speaker and public relations expert. James served in that capacity until his resignation from the council in January 2007.”

I believe the individuals that once believed through the Messiah and convert back to a form of obedience to the Law without the Messiah will constitute a large part of the great falling away that was spoken of:

2 Thes 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

What is it we are told? Iniquity is lawlessness. The Noahides are only required to keep seven laws. This is iniquity. This is faithless obedience that has a form of godliness but denies the power ( who is Yeshua, or the word made flesh.) Heb 1:3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and **upholding all things by the word of his power**, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high:
