Hi guys. The group is approaching 900 members. I have very mixed emotions about that.
One of the things that concern me is as the group grows in number there is a higher risk of coming onto the radar of Facebook for “hate speech”.
In fact, a few of us have already had prompts for this group that has asked if certain posts that I have made contains hate speech.
We all have our opinions about the events that are happening in Gaza/Israel, Syria/Israel, US/Israel, etc and it is natural to want to comment something strongly negative. Before you do, ask yourself if this could be construed as ‘hate speech’ by big brother Facebook.
I’ve seen groups be deleted for reasons that I didn’t agree with.
