I’m excited that my husband allowed me to purchase a new camera for the work I do for ×××× . The old camera was a hand me down from someone and was old when it came to me. Changing the lens in the field when the dust and grit was blowing on the wind did not go well for it. That was certainly something I had not factored in. It was too old and it was too costly to repair.
The new camera is still a good name brand, Nikon. Like the old one bc I didn’t want to learn a new camera design. But the single lens has all the bases covered. Up to 3000 mm! Wow. No more changing lenses in the field and getting dust in the body. And it’s an optical lens not a digital lens. Wow, again!. I’ve been playing around with it and it’s wonderful to shoot with.
Here’s hoping we see the moon tonight on the 29th day. The skies have been pretty good lately. I’m ready to see what this camera will do.Updated Jul 6, 2019, 5:46 PM
