The sun is no longer high in the sky, it has started to grow a warm yellow-orange ring that can barely be seen past its white-hot orb. The angle of the sun and the warm glow it has picked up can be seen on the top leaves of the trees as the leaves also reflect the warm glow of the light mixing into the darkness. The sun no longer kisses the tops of the leaves but it touches the leaves in a lower position. The song the birds of the air sing has changed into a more energetic cadence. Very soon they will be flocking back together to feed on the earth before they go off to roost. The sun will not set for another 2 1/2 hours or so. It is 4:45 p.m. in Israel. Nevermind, the mixing of light into the darkness, ×¢×¨× has begun.
