Small praise report for today. In Israel when Passover approaches the grocery store shelves become empty of many items. Today I went out and I grabbed a few last-minute items that I knew I need before the 16th of the month when the stores will reopen. The rabbinical timing for their Passover happens to fall on the same period of time that our Passover happens this year so the process of the consumers decimating the forbidden foods (rabbinical speaking) on shelves had already began and the super is not refilling many items. My African Grey, Julia, requires peanut butter on his food. Just a little smear which isn’t really peanut butter which is really natural almond butter. So regrettably I had let myself run out of Julia’s beloved peanut butter. The store shelves had no sugar-free almond butter to purchase. I took a jar of almond butter with sugar and I walked around and I pray to my heavenly Father to please allow me to find just one jar without sugar on a shelf someplace in the store. I felt so bad I has let Julia down. So after I walked around and prayed I went back to the aisle with the peanut butter and I begin digging through the jars of tahini, peanut butter, Nutella Etc and I found one lone jar of 100% natural almond butter that I grabbed and took home to my bird. The Father’s love and care of the things that we love and care for always amazes me and always humbles me I love seeing how He loves His own.Updated Mar 28, 2018, 11:10 AM
