https://youtu.be/DxecaKCK7kUI mention that there might be two parts, there’s only one part, this part.

(I promised a verse that I didn’t cover. The reason to layout the barley in bundles that measured to be an omer of grains was to pay the tithes on the increase of their seed and if they had dedicated the field to Elohim they had to pay an amount by the omer.

Lev 27:16 And if a man shall sanctify unto the Lord some part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the seed thereof:** an homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.**)

Hybridization started in the barley-wheat grains started in earnest in 1960. Is it possible that the King James translators understood the term Aviv differently than the modern man understands it? In my opinion, I think the answer is yes. I believe they had grains that responded more closely to the wild grains in Israel.

This is what I believe about the timing of the barley harvest. It’s based on my experience living in Israel and the patterns and words of the scripture.
