Here are some more of those photos from Be’eri (which is in the northern Negev) with barley grass. You can see that the barley is still in a very immature stage of development. I’ll be checking a little further south as well. Specifically where the barley was found to be Aviv in 2018(?). The location of the photo I use for this group. The rain has been super sparse down in that area. If the barley going to be in a more advanced stage of development it will probably be down toward B’sor.
You can tell those poppies are just now starting to show up. When they get going they will look like a red carpet. This Jewish cowboy likes his hat, lol
