I’m in my fourth year of residency as a non-Jew married to a Jew. If I hold my mouth just right I may get a residency in 2020.
I’m hearing imparted so learning Hebrew is coming extremely slowly and with great effort.
Now for the question. Last year in February I was issued a tz that is blue and looks more like my husband’s than my previous larger pink one. Today while trying to exchange my expired pre-paid visa card at the post office for a new visa they told me my tz has not been opened (activiated?) that there should have been a text with some numbers. It was all very vague….
Can anyone tell me what I need to do now to have an officially activated tz? Please don’t tell me to call. I’ll never hear well enough to figure out prompts. Online? I can translate pages with google.Updated Aug 11, 2019, 1:41 PM
