Evidence of the Biblical Calendar

Here’s the weather update. It’s going to be a watch-and-wait game. I actually am seeing the sun right now….

Today: Occasional showers and thunderstorms from the north to the northern Negev. Snow on Mt. Hermon. Risk of flash floods and flooding. Temperatures below seasonal. Strong winds in the south hazy. The rain will weaken gradually. Tonight: Partly cloudy to cloudy. Occasional showers are expected in the north and the center. The winds will weaken.

I tell you one thing the green on the land has absolutely exploded with the heavy rains that we’ve had. So beautiful!!!! Tomorrow the pups and I will go on a walkabout if it’s not raining for part of the day and try to capture some of this beauty for you guys.

This is the season of Love and Life as everything is working so hard to reproduce after its own kind. (Genesis 1). The Husbandman has sent rain to water His Land. (Deut 11:10-12). This is why we look to the Wheat, barley, figs, grapes, pomegranates, olives and dates that are not tended by man to know the calendar of יהוה….can you tell I’m getting excited?!! There’s so much more to learn from this Husbandman and every year He is faithful to teach us.Updated Dec 27, 2019, 11:51 AM

Hey guys, this is an early morning weather check-in.

Just a heads up, 95% chance of rain for the day. It’s not supposed to clear out until Saturday. There’s lots of rolling thunder this morning. Time will tell if the sky will clear for us here in the north. This is one of those months when those in the Negev or somewhere further south may have a better chance of seeing the new moon tonight.Updated Dec 27, 2019, 9:28 AM

Tomorrow night is the new moon watch. We’ve had about 24 hours of rain and there’s rain in the forecast tomorrow as well, we’ll see what we can see. I’m listening to thunder now as I write. If I see the moon I’ll go live. If I do see the moon it ought to be a blast as it will be cold and windy with the rains we’ve been having, who knows if you’ll hear me but you’ll see the moon live anyway.

Also, prayer for my youngest daughter please, who is currently in labor, the baby is presenting itself in a difficult position. Prayers of safety for both momma and baby. Home birth. It is very, very rare that I have a witness in my spirit when someone gives me a ‘word’ for our life here in Israel. One of those rare times happened today. She said, I heard in my spirit Ex 14:14 let’s see if it applies:

**14 **The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.

I said did you know what the verse said before you looked it up? She said no. Once in a great while, Elohim gives you a witness to boost your faith and your resolve to be in His will. We weren’t asking for victory, we were asking to glorify Him and to be in His will. Thanks, Abba for your direction and thanks sister for being His messenger today.
