This is the Last Great Day. From here we turn our attention to the coming year.

Here’s the report on the final two of the seven species. The dates are being harvested and the olives are turning purple on my trees.

I’ve been watching for the harvest of olives in other areas but I haven’t seen any happening in the news….that doesn’t mean it’s not happening. I’m guessing in some of the Arabs areas they are harvesting, especially in Gaza since they seem to be the earliest in the nation. Now this is happening on the adjacent lot. We have to keep everything closed now

I’ve ran around collecting furniture etc. that I dont want to ruin….but my poor garden. You cant breathe out there and it fills your eyes with grit too

The whole back of the house is filled with a blue gritty haze now.

Wow, you guys! We need prayer again today. It’s projected to reach 109° f today and the electricity is very unstable in the house. It has been cutting in and out all night long….not just our house, village wide. If it continues throughout the day this means even not being able to run fans today is a possibility. https://www.patreon.com/user?u=36697962I’m needing a new computer pretty quick. There’s an internal short inside of my computer that I’m just now understanding exists. I’ve been changing cable, etc. trying to offload photos or connect other appliances and they weren’t connecting. Now I’ve discovered it’s not the cables that are an issue it is an internal issue. Plus the computer is randomly shutting itself off. My computer is 4 years old.

If you’re like me my appliances become, well, personal. And I absolutely hate changing devices. Seriously, I don’t like the process or trying to find documents and photos on the new system for several months. It’s so frustrating.

An $1100 computer in the US literally cost the equivalent to $3500 USD in Israel.

I am currently without income due to tourism being closed. My apartment that I lease to tourists is currently not being occupied so no income.

As far as I can tell for memory storage and screen size it’s going to take around $2000 USD to purchase a replacement here in Israel…..welcome to Israel where everything is expensive and taxed to the eyeballs.

I’ve checked about purchasing a computer in the US. It is a lot cheaper but still adds about $300 dollars in taxes and shipping.

Rnd 1, wk 4, day 1.

Today is a 3xs eating day. I have zero desire to eat. I’m feeling fine. I think it’s our temperatures here in Israel that are currently hovering between 106-113. I say I think bc when I was eating what I wanted the temperatures didn’t change that, I just ate salads and cold stuff.

Here’s the question, do I have to eat when it says to eat, or can I just skip meals. Actually, it 1:30 p.m. here and food still isn’t appealing to me….could I skip the whole day if I’m simply not hungry?

This actually started last night. I didn’t want the egg salad and only ate it because it’s what I was supposed to do but I didn’t enjoy one bite of it and would have been very happy to skip it.
