I’m looking at the weather and according to the cloud movement on the weather map, most of Israel has zero percent chance of seeing the moon. From Mitzpe Ramon and south there is a chance that the moon might be seen in this regions. According to the map, they are not under clouds. We will have to wait and see if there are any reports, in the meantime I’m keeping a watch. 6:56 pm is moon set here. I arrived at my location to watch the sunset which could not be seen, however watching the clouds and fog come in was beautifulUpdated Feb 17, 2018, 6:15 PM

It’s been very nice to have a Facebook break the last two days due to a complete lack of news. No one was trying to blow us up, or at least they were being prevented from doing so. Anyway, now we are entering Shabbat so that means unless an army invades our borders or rocket and missiles start dropping on our heads I will not be posting anything from the news.
