Let me state that I neither support or reject the idea that the Lord’s Supper and Passover are the SAME day. There is historical research that I will be digging into after the barley inspections. I know this is a sensitive subject for former WWCG member, however, the list is a good quick reference for DATES even if you don’t like the names that were used in mentioning the dates. Due to a post made on this chart with an inappropriate spirit behind the words, the comments have been turned off on this post. 8:47am Ayelet Shaked Doing it Again
A few days ago, Shaked said her efforts to balance the Israeli High Court were complete. She managed to fill most of the recently opened judicial positions with conservative judges.
On Sunday, the Ministerial Committee on Legislation approved an initiative by Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked, to transfer the powers over Judea and Samaria from the High Court of Justice to Administrative Affairs Courts, to be established in Israel’s Magistrate’s Courts.
Shaked claims that the new law would achieve three main goals: normalization of the Israeli-held part of Judea and Samaria and the erasure of the Green Line in all legal issues; ending the discrimination against Israeli residents of Judea and Samaria, who are unable to conduct a factual inquiry in trials that come before the high court; and easing the workload of the Supreme Court.
One of the most significant changes will be that leftwing NGOs will first need to go to a Magistrate Court in land cases, and prove their land claims using the normal laws of the land that everyone else has to follow.
Until now, they got to jump straight to the Supreme Court.
