I wanted to update you on the report from the INMS. I went back and inspected the email again and decided to look at the Hebrew, not just the English

While the English report doesn’t say so, the Hebrew report specifically said that the observer only saw the moon ‘faintly’.

I think it is safe to say that this Is the same witness given by Yoel Halevi and that he filed with the INMS in the same manner I filed mine with them

From the INMS, Israel new moon society. There was a second unaided sighting of the moon on Monday night if I am reading this correctly.

“Hello All.
Two observers saw the moon on Monday September-10 from Israel after sunset. One observation is with unaided eye.
Today I saw the moon at 18:34, about 17 minutes before sunset
If you gave more observation from Monday please send.

Some thoughts on the process of observing the new moon

Edited: I will provide a photo of tonight’s moon for those who want one, there should be many photos for tonight unless weather interrupts that possibility. Some thoughts on the process of observing the new moon

You will need to decide for yourself, but this is good enough for me. There are two individuals that witness the new moons that I am very comfortible accepting there spoken words without photos., they would by Joel and Roy Hoffman. The first day of the seventh month in my reconning has begun. Yoel is an experienced moon observer, an honorable man, and has added to the strength of Shoshanna’s unsure testimony. And 100 percent certain does no leave a margin for error.Updated Sep 11, 2018, 5:33 AM

In the middle of the circle is a barely visible photo of the moon tonight, it was not seen without binoculars. Notice how low on the horizon it was and behind all of the red debris.
