Here in the north we have had rain over most of the hours before noon and are still under a heavy blanket of cloud cover. If I see a break in the weather I plan to jump outside and watch for the moon. Right now, it looks like that break in the cloud cover is not happening tonight and I’m relatively sure I wont be seeing the sunsetHere in the north we have had rain over most of the hours before noon and are still under a heavy blanket of cloud cover. It’s always amazing to see Elohim orchestrate the details of the Aviv. Our weather had already completely greened the Yave’el valley and ridge. Since yesterday we dropped into unseasonably cold temperatures with almost nonstop gentle rains.

This is exciting because the earth has been softened enough to drink in this wonderful rain and because the cooler temperatures will slow down the growth process a bit or progression to Aviv.

On the other hand, this weather is supposed to continue into tomorrow night and will affect our ability to photograph and/or see the new moon. One thing is for sure, if this continues until tomorrow night it is going to be a wet and cold, cold new moon watch brrrr
