Sooooo….I’m Rd 1, week three. I know, I know, I shouldn’t look but I’m trying to monitor my food sensitives until my keto mojo equipment arrives…. I’ve lost 15 pounds and if I don’t drop another ounce in the next week I still want to drop another 15 pounds.

Here’s the question. After the two week break should I switch to SC for the next 30 days? Or just continue SK for another round?
