Attached is a zoom presentation where I tell about the last inspection of the field which happened yesterday January 27th.
To begin the year, I only require a single omer quantity of barley in the dough stage from a field of wild barley to be ready around the Passover date and lambs less than 12 months old. The lambs were born on Asher’s farm starting on the 31st day of October.
IF we (the nation of Israel) get out of lockdown, Yah willing, I DO plan on looking at other areas. More for curiosity’s sake than anything else. Again, if we are released from lockdown, Yah willing, I plan on going out to have a look around at the end of the next Biblical month and show the general conditions of the wild barley fields.
A wave sheaf was a ground barley offering topped with olive oil and frankincense. Tomorrow morning I’ll parch/roast the grains I brought back from the field, grind them and film the results for you.Updated Feb 8, 2021, 8:25 PM
