I’m looking at the weather and according to the cloud movement on the weather map, most of Israel has zero percent chance of seeing the moon. From Mitzpe Ramon and south there is a chance that the moon might be seen in this regions. According to the map, they are not under clouds. We will have to wait and see if there are any reports, in the meantime I’m keeping a watch. 6:56 pm is moon set here.
