I went to grab the things I needed for shabbat a day early. I wasn’t in the mood for the Friday morning prep mob. I chose to go to a Arab store called ×××× (phonetically) DAY-bach.
This Arab store always have the best of everything. Best variety of fruits and vegetables and shelf stable foods.
So as I get to the produce section I notice the ר×× pomegranates are already on the isle, so….I’m looking around for figs and there are none.
